Our company has developed an innovative mobile boiler washing system in response to customer needs and industry challenges. Traditionally, excessive time, power, and solvent losses were common during boiler cleaning due to inefficient methods. Our system addresses these issues by providing a quicker and safer washing process, especially in the paint sector. Additionally, it promotes environmental sustainability by recycling the solvent, reducing overall consumption.
In operation, the pump operates at 20 bar with a flow rate of 1.5m3/h. The washing process, with a pressure of 4-5 bar at the fountain ends, involves the spray moving up and down for effective cleaning. After the dirty solvent washing, the filter is engaged, and the filtered solvent is recycled back into the boiler, minimizing solvent waste. This closed-loop system ensures a more sustainable and efficient washing process.
Safety is prioritized in solvent-based environments. Grilles on the boiler are covered with a braided hose to prevent sparks in case of falling objects. The boiler capture and release system, operated by a double start button, prevents accidental operations and unintended releases when the winch is suspended, enhancing overall safety and reliability.
